Movement sessions with Joyful Jams

Joyful Jams are inspiring us to learn simple exercises and movements that we can use at home to benefit our general health and well-being. These sessions are kindly funded by Active Dorset and Sport England.

We had such a joyful time at our Wimborne group recently with Sandi from Joyful Jams. We can see why they gave themselves such an appropriate name! We danced, sang and had fun with a variety of props that Sandi brought along to the session. These wonderful photos were captured by the very talented Brent Jones and show what a fabulous time we had.

Joyful Arts Movement and Song, or JAMS as they like to be known are a group of talented and passionate artists committed to creating joy with elders and those living with dementia in care and in the community. They are committed to bringing appropriate, meaningful, high-quality participatory arts experiences to all.

I’m a web designer and I love creating beautiful, affordable websites that work hard for small businesses. Simply put, a business needs a website to reach more customers. It needs to look good but it also needs to work hard. That’s where I can help, I build cost-effective, good looking websites that are both mobile and google friendly.
