● Medical conditions and food allergies (for those attending the ‘Jolly Days’).

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
● Sending you ‘Jolly Post’, plus keeping you informed about our groups and other activities.
● Keeping you safe during your attendance at our activities (food allergies and medical conditions).

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
● Any individuals or agencies who have referred people to us to receive our services (only with their or their carer/relative's permission).
We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed about our services. Also to keep you safe if you attend our services.
We may share this information with other services to help you (only with your permission). The only time we will do this without your permission is with Paramedics or other Health Professionals in an emergency.

We collect or hold your information, in order to send you our ‘Jolly Post’ or keep you informed as to our activities and 'Jolly Days'.

Your information is securely stored on a password-protected computer at our office address. It will be kept for a maximum of one year and afterward, it will be deleted.
We keep names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, food allergies, and medical conditions for a maximum of one year or as long as you are accessing our services. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from our database.
